List Readers: Our featured photo for this week is from Beverly Painter Matthews. It is a post card photo that was submitted a long time ago and features the Davenport family of Barry County. The lady holding the purse is Cordalia "Corda" Rebecca Davenport, daughter of Richard Jackson and Ermelda Jane (Slaughter) Davenport. Corda married George Burnette "Dick" Gilham, April 4, 1917. The other folks are a Mr. Bynum and Family but she doesn't give any information about them.
