    3. Barbara, you can do this using these instructions: Open the PDF file. At top left in the toolbar click edit, scroll down to Copy file to Clipboard and click on it. Then go to the start menu, programs, accessories, and then scroll down to paint and click on it to open Paint. When the Paint window opens it will be blank. In the top left on the tool bar click edit, scroll down and click paste. Your PDF file should show up there. Then go back up to the toolbar and click file, click save as. In the opening Save As window in int the Save In line click the arrow to find select where to save the file, in the file Name line name your file then in the Save as Type line click the down arrow and scroll to jpeg and click it. Then click save and you will have the PDF in a jpeg format. There are programs that will do this but you have this in Windows now. Hope this helps. Nancy I got a few death cert. of my family line on this family but do not know how to change them from the what are when you download them from the MO. death cert. online to jpeg.
