I've had to work late, and there were SO MANY people jumping in to help with this. It was startling, really! Anyway, as you know, the MO Death Certificates are digitized online for the years 1910-1957. The following years have been taken on already-- 1910 1911 1912 1913 1914 1915 1916 1918 1919 1920 1921 1922 1923 1924 1927 1957. This leaves the following years available, if anyone is willing to skim through some death certificates-- 1917 1925 1926 1928 1929 1930 1931 1932 1933 1934 1935 1936 1937 1938 1939 1940 1941 1942 1943 1944 1945 1946 1947 1948 1949 1950 1951 1952 1953 1954 1955 1956. The response has been outstanding and we really, really appreciate the efforts of all of you. I would add, though, that 8 of the years done were duplicated by another researcher. I don't want anyone to think their work is unappreciated or a waste of time. If any of you would like to take on another year, I would send a message to this mailing list, and shout it out! On this end, I'll try to get on here more often and try to prevent overlapping research.
