List Readers, I found something in the newspapers that I hope some of you can help me with.  Mar. 10, 1892 in the Cassville Republican this item below was published. And so - I am wondering if this was a school in Stone County or mabye one of our schools that we haven't recognized yet. Wasn't Jeff Cook living in Barry County? And - for Pete's sake where in the world would Sycamore on Crane be?  Here is the item: "Jeff Cook's school is out at Sycamore on Crane. We understand he has taught a good school, and this is his first.
