    3. Good Afternoon, Thanks goes to Don Warner who sent us an update for the people in the reunion picture that he posted a couple of years ago. Here are the corrections that he sent. These were made by Roberta Decocq and family.   # 9 - Omar Reed # 17 - Carl Warner # 26 - Lafay Decocq # 28 - Truman Reed # 29 - Lynn Mutrux # 30 - Donald Cloyd # 31 - Harold Cloyd # 35 - Omar Reed Jr. # 38 - Judy Lorene Reed # 39 - Louise Cloyd # 41 - Sibyl "Sis" Reed # 42 - Olan Decocq # 44 - Esther Warner http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~mobarry/photos/photo-3/family.reunion.htm As some of you already know, the Barry County web site is under major reconstruction. All the old pages that were done with the older code standards are now being updated to newer code regulations. This is being done to insure us that these pages will be on the site and still readable with newer versions of the web browsers and other changes that come about. And, too as most of you know, we have been working on the obit section now for several moons. The purpose of this is to get them in all in a format where you can print them out a sheet and put them in your genealogy notebooks. This has been a long drawn out process and I can see now that the learning curve was a little wobbly along the way. I still have some more to convert to the newer format in "H", "M" and T. BUT the good news is that "R" is now done and most of H, M, and T are done, too. When finished all will have the same look and so let's hope that I find all of them that need to be changed. But If I miss any, just send me a link for it so that I can get it up to "snuff", too. Also - at the present time - you may see some that look a little weird in these same letters due to the work that is going on. If there are any that don't open or that are in the new format that look a little out of the ordinary, please, just, send me the link and I will see  if I can "fix' it. If you posted an obit - go to it and look at it to see if it has your name and correct address on it, etc. And if not, just send me a link and tell me what needs to be added or changed.  On questions or suggestions - sending a link is enough - please do not send the obit. For those who don't know how to do send a link - go to the address line and copy it then paste it to the message. It's easy. Don't laugh at my famous words - "You can do this - I know, because when my granddaughter was 7 years old she could do it." I didn't know how many obits we had - looks like 3,555 are on the site at the present time. http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~mobarry/data/obits.htm Okay, enough said, now back to the grind. 3. If the Decocq family Reunion picture was made in 1930? Rebecca Decocq named on the first row was not born until July 1939, she is my cousin on the Brattin side. Her Mother and Dad are both in the picture. As is my step Father Lawrence Decocq.
