If someone using incredible mail would have time to help Jane Foley that would really be wonderful. Her messages go in the holding folder to be deleted because they are sent in html or rich text format and not plain text as Rootsweb requires. She has bouncing icons and things jumping up and down on the messages, so those are in some script other than plain text. She is having trouble figuring out how to send in plain text and needs help.
