My ancestors Samuel B. Jeffries and his wife Mary Ann Connor were married and living in Audrain Co. with 2 children, in 1860. Before 1870 they left. She is a widow living in CA in 1870. Are there any newspapers that were printed in the 1860's that might talk about this family? Thanks for your help. Phyllis Young
