    1. [MOAUDRAI] Levi M. Tharp Family-1860 Census
    2. I am looking for a Levi M. Tharp family possibly in the 1860 Audrain Co. or Callaway County Census. This family was in the 1850 Jefferson County, KY Census with the following members, but had disappeared by the time of the 1860 KY Census. My great grandfather, born in 1844, reported in an 1880 Audrain County Census that he and his parents were all born in KY. I have just about exhausted all the KY Tharp families who appeared in the 1850 and 1860 Kentucky Census: Levi M. Tharp 38 M Farmer Born in KY Harriet Tharp 31 F Housewife KY Joseph Tharp 9 M son KY Frances Tharp 7 F daughter KY James Tharp 5 M son KY Lydia Tharp 2 F daughter KY Fielding Tharp 2/12 M son KY I am in hopes that this may be my great-great grandfather, James Peter Tharp's long lost family. Most of my kinfolk settled in the southern Audrain County and northern Callaway County area after migrating from Kentucky. One note: My great-great grandfather's last name has appeared in records spelled "Tharpe", "Thorp" and "Thorpe" as well. Thanks, Rod, Austin, TX.
