Dear List Members, Lets have a Roll Call this weekend. The Roll Call will begin on Thursday Morning April 18th and continue on through Sunday evening April 21st. (PLEASE DO NOT BEGIN TO SEND YOUR ROLL CALL POSTINGS UNTIL THURSDAY MORNING.) Post your Surnames, dates townships if known and if you are posting to multiple counties that I take care of, be sure and mention county. If you are posting to a county along a state line when I take care of lists on both sides, you might also mention the state. You are welcome to post as much information as you wish and as little as long as there is a Surname, county and or time period. Be sure and watch the Subject line and CHANGE IT TO MATCH YOUR ROLL CALL POSTING to encourage members to read your message, such as ROLL CALL: SMITH, JONES, KELLETT 1830-1870 COUNTY NAME. PLEASE DO NOT JUST HIT RETURN AND TYPE IN YOUR INFORMATION!!!! CHANGE THE SUBJECT LINE AND DELETE THE LAST MESSAGE LONG WITH TAGLINES. Following these instructions will make this a much better Roll Call for all our members including yourself. I hardly know where to start: POWELL, Robert m Sisselia (Celia) MURPHY settle in Audrain Co ca 1837 and their decendants. POWELL, William m Eliza Ann KERSEY settled in Audrain Co ca 1860 and their decendants. CREED, Elijah Sr. m Mary RUCKER settled in MO prior to 1829 and their decendants CREED, Elijah Jr. m Elizabeth BEASLEY settled in MO prior to 1829 and their decendants many of whom lived in Audrain Co. ROBINSON, Benjamin m Mariah YOUNG settled in Audrain Co ca 1832 and their decendants. HILDEBRAND, Ferdinand William m Mary E. KELLERHALS lived Benton City, Audrain Co he died 1916 she died and their decendants KING, Charles m Melvina DAWSON lived in Montgomery Co and Audrain Co he died 1919 she died 1929 was Melvina Bradley at time of death. FORSTER, Frank m Hetta NUCKLES lived in Vernon Co, daughter Etta May was married to Claude Powell and lived in Mexico, Audrain Co. SMITH, Charles E m Frances ROLLINS lived in Saline or Audrain Co ca 1850's Other surnames include Finks, Wilhoite, Bell, Caldwell, Chaney, I research many collateral lines to the above names hoping to contact living decendants with whom I can exchange information. I noticed the Janetta Creed/John Bybee line in one posting. Janette was a Creed cousin and her son George Washington Bybee married Mary Jane Powell who is a Powell cousin. I see a Harvey posting and their are Harvey's married into my Robinson line. Willingham is married into my Creed line. I noticed a Wyss posting and while their are no Wyss marriage connections; Walter Wyss/Veda Atkins were dear friends of my parents and we visited with them each year when we went to Mexico, MO. I also noticed a Bonsall connection and my parents also visited with the Bonsalls. I would like to exchange information with others searching for the same lines. Sharon P.
