I am searching for information on Isora and Edmond D. Sansing who lived in Mexico, MO. My husband remembers visiting them, as he recalls, on a farm not far from Mexico. During their visit, Isora and Edmond went into town on Sunday morning to attend church service at the Christian Church. This was sometime in the late 40's or early 50's. I have searched for any information on them in census records and do not find them anywhere. Apparently Isora was a cousin to my husband's great aunt and Edmond was the administrator of her estate in Council Bluffs, IA. Whether Isora and Edmond lived in Mexico, MO, for the rest of their lives, we do not know. I would suspect that they are now deceased and perhaps their names appear on some cemetery listing in the county. They probably had no children. I would be interested in learning where they are buried and perhaps finding an obituary, if the death date is on the tombstone. A church record might show when they died as well. My main reason for trying to find them is to establish how Isora is related to her cousin, my husband's great aunt. We can't figure out who Isora's parents are as I can't find her on any census, so far. My husband has fond memories of visits by Isora and Edmond to his family's home as well. We would just like to find out a little more about them. Does anyone have some information, either in books or a first hand knowledge of these folks. Thank you for your help.
