    3. Emily: I wish I had more info for you but I am just starting on the HAYNES line. I only found Almarinda HAYNES last Saturday. I will tell you that Nancy 'D.' listed in the 1850 census in the home of Joel HAYNES could be Nancy 'J.' It was very hard to make out. I compared it to other 'J's' on the page and decided it was a 'D'. I could be wrong. Nancy was 22 in 1850 and still living at home. Almarinda did not marry until she was 34 so there may be a trend with this family of late marriages, for whatever reason.
