Rosemary There are only two James that I know of in my Holt line. I had an uncle James C. Holt who died as a youngster and my son James M. Holt. What does interest me is your James Howard. I have a James Howard in my line. He is my 4th great grandfather. Was born in County Cork, Ireland 3 May 1755. Served in the Rev War. Lived in NY, VA, NC and KY (Bath and Montgomery Co.), was married 3 times. (1) Martha Frame (2) Mary Bryan (3) Rohda DeBoard (a widow whose maiden name was probably Ward). Had 13 children (one was James), some of the children went to MO. Died and buried in Montgomery Co., KY in 1835. Darrell
