Judy, The Lady that wrote the book has died. She and her sisters were friends of my Mom and Aunt. She was very inclusive about the families she wrote about. Just about all of them were like her and stayed in Novenger. All the young people who left during World War 11, were left out. Young people who left to seek a much better life. My Mom ask my Dad after WW11 if he wanted to go back to Novenger and he said that the only thing he left there was Hard times and cold winters. My families were the Stevens-Paytons-Stivers-Bishoffs-Springgate. My Grandparents and G-Grandparents are buried there in Sloans Point Cemetary.
