Dear list, I would like to correspond with anyone who is related to DAVID E. SLOAN, b. 4 May 1794 d. 1842. David was one of the early settlers of Adair County. He is buried on ground that once was his farm on South Osteopathy in the 1200 block in today's numbering system. His tombstone is located there. His wife was Mary (Polly) EAST, b. 2 October 1797, d. 1886. They were married 14 June 1815. They had 13 children. David E. Sloan is my great-great-grandfather.
