Adeline Perry BRUCE moved to Adair Co., MO, from Sumner County, Tennessee, following the death of her husband, Smith Lee BRUCE.  They may have had the following children between their marriage in 1880 and his death in 1892: Cenia (married Edward DeLAY (Douglas Co., WI)) Sallie Bruce (Adair Co., MO) (Married H. E. VALENTINE Montgomery Co., Kansas) Willie Bruce (Adair Co., MO), Cleva Bruce (Douglas Co., WI (Married H. C. HICKS El Reno, OK), Lillie Bruce (Cole Co., OK) Bessie Bruce (Colgate, Indian Terr) These names and locations were taken from deeds settling their grandfather's estate.  I believe they went first to Kirksville.
