    2. Georgia, Sally = Sarah is really common and I've also found Mamie for Emma. I also have a Jenny for a Jane Ann. Another one which is hard to fathom is Ted for Edward :) The Gateway Family Historian is a genealogical publication from the St. Louis Public Library.
