Casper Henry HUPE & Mary Elisabeth DIECKMANN settled in St. Louis about 1845, St. Joseph Shrine Church records. There were 2 HUPE brothers and several children most of which died young. My branch moved to St. Charles, MO and Mary Gertrude(Casper's granddaughter) was my Great grandmother. Would like to compare notes with others researching this family. Donna Dasho Donawbr@aol.com
