A friend from PA has asked my help in finding an obit for a woman who died in IL. According to the SSDI, Belle (sometimes Isabelle) Walker, born: 17 Feb 1894, died Sep 1983. Last residence O Fallon, Saint Clair, IL. Would the St. Louis paper have obits from 1983 for people who lived in O Fallon? Any ideas? Thanks for any help. Karen
