I noticed that Diane said she paid 50 dollars for a library card. Are the St. Louis libraries not supported by tax dollars, if so, why the outlandish charge. I have a library card at my local library and it cost nothing and I have it for life. I am not critizing St. Louis in any way but I have found in doing my research that everybody there is charging an awful lot of money for a service that I thought was supported by your taxes. Maybe where I live we are being overtaxed. jackie
