    3. Dear Sue, I didn't have any trouble accessing censuses that I had looked at before. Is it one specific page that you cannot get? I have been trying to access one page in the 1930 census for St. Louis County, MO since January 18, 2003. The following is what I get from Ancestry.com whenever I ask about accessing that particular page. "Thank you for your email. Thank you for bringing this Census Image Online issue to our attention. Our programmers are aware of the situation in the 1930 Census with St. Louis City and St. Louis County in Missouri and they will correct it as soon as they are able. In order to resolve many of these issues it requires research, individual rescanning, and other time consuming processes. For this reason the resolution may take longer than that of other website errors. Thank you for your patience." This is pretty much what they have been saying for the past 6+ months. In the mean time, they have changed the index for the 1930 census (which I happen to like) but have not fixed the actual census problems Otherwise, some of the censuses are unavailable for a brief period because Ancestry is doing something. Email Ancestry.com with your problem. Georgia "S. Hamilton" wrote: > I have been trying for almost 2 days to log onto Ancestry.Com. I get a message saying the page is not available. 3. Georgia, Amen !!!! I've been going back and forth with Ancestry on the 1930 Images - need to get Missouri - Taney County - the page loads, but it remains blurry. Ancestry sent me the same email - it hasn't been fixed in 2 months. I do appreciate the fact that the 1930 is indexed, but if you cannot use it - big deal. 3. Georgia and List, I can get to the page but I am unable to log on. I get the message, "Page cannot be displayed." I have checked with my internet service and they see no problems at my end. I will contact Ancestry. Thanks to all who responded. It was the only way for me to know if the problem is universal.
