As a friend of Diane's and a fellow Jefferson County resident, we did pay 50.00 for a library card at the St. Louis County library. Since we do not pay St. Louis county taxes, which funds the library system, I understand the charge but it is a little high. It was 25.00 but recently was increased. This entitles us to the Heritage Quest membership and the ability to order LDS films. If we just wanted to do research at the library, there wouldn't be any charge. All in all, I have gotten my money's worth from the charge, especially with Heritage Quest. Kim Byerly Festus, MO
