I have used and had some success with http://www.freetranslation.com/ It is a free service for the machine translation. Those can be a bit rough but you can usually get the idea of what the person is saying. They do have a fee site if you want to pay for translation. But I have had success with doing the machine translation and then where it doesn't make perfect sense, go to a dictionary for that language and see if there are alternate words that might work better. You can copy in a good amount of text at one time. Good luck!
