Dear Dan, If you do not have access to the 1900 census, you can request a lookup by the St. Louis Public Library. Or, ask for a lookup in the city directories if you have already searched the 1900 censuses for him. Another SLPL site has a history or biography of several of the Buschs. Maybe something in there can help.
