    1. Question regarding burial permits from St. Louis POST
    2. Pat Hammons
    3. Hello, After searching for 7 years for a couple of ancestrial aunts who were sisters, I may have finally found one of them in the 1926 St. Louis Post obits, that was just released. The name I was looking for was: Eugenia (Jennie) Guillemot, and I searched for every spelling I could think of , when I had the MO Archives search for a death. Well there is a EUGENIA GUILKEMOT listed in 1926. This just has to be her. My problem is that it looks like there is no obit, only a burial permit, and those never have any information in them. I have sent for it anyway and also again to the Mo Archives for another try for a death record My question is: is there any place else I can check? I feel like she may have been the last of her family (my mother was adopted, so did not know her family) This Jennie was mom's great aunt. Jennie had no children. I did not find her in the Catholic burials, and she may not have kept to the Catholic religion. Mom's older sister died and we are the only living relatives, so there are no family bible's etc. etc. Jennie was last listed in the 1916 St Louis City directory, then I checked the directories up to 1922 and did not check further assuming she had died around 1916 or so. If anyone has any idea's I would appreciate it, my only hope is that Jeff city can find a death record!!! Thanks Pat
