Tom Pearson of the St. Louis Public Library joins us again with another of his unique presentations. Many more Civil War soldiers were killed by disease than by Minie balls or shrapnel. Tom will explore the Civil War's Top Ten Killers, reveal the most common (and most deadly) battlefield injuries, explode misconceptions and explain Civil War medicine's deadly results.
