    3. Hi Pat: 1300 N. 22nd would have been about Mullanphy/Cass. St. Charles Rock Rd. was/is the County extension of the city's Easton Ave. (now MLK) and is not near the 1300 N. 22nd address, i.e., this Home was not in their 'neighborhood'. There was a German Protestant Orphans Home between Hanley & Lackland & StCR Rd. at North & South Rd. There is a 1900 census for the Home available but would obviously need their name. However, nearby your gg-grands was the German St. Vincent Orphan's Home (Roman Catholic) at 1421 Hogan. This converts to roughly 18th & Cass. Do you know their religion?
