Greetings,Everyone! For those of you who are in the St. Louis region, you may want to check out the 125 anniversary celebration of the St. Stanilaus Catholic Church on 2 Oct 2005. They have a nice invitation in today's Post-Dispatch - Worship Community section, page A19. They are located at 1413 North 20th Street, St. L. MO 63106. It says that "St. Stans" as it is affectionately called has been through some wonderful times and some turbulent times. It goes on to state how Archbishop Kendrick legally titled the parish to the parishoners and a few other tongue in cheek comments. Is this the symbol for that >)? Any way they wish everyone "Sto-lat", which means may you live for 100 years. The mass is at 11:00 and the celebration in the Polish Heritage Center immediately following. Gloria
