They were probably married in the 1870 to 1890 timeframe. They lived in both Delaware and Washington DC. So far, all Herdman's that I have found in Delaware from 1830-1920 have been related. The above named people's marriage records will undoubtedly be in DC where they lived from mid 1870s through 1920s. Joy
