Sorry for the confusion about the Gale website, folks. I checked it and got in and then sent the message to the list. I didn't know that the offer was going to expire the same day I posted it to the list. I did continue to get through using a cached copy of the page until they actually changed the password. While I was in there, I got some info from an on line book about Kentucky. Gale is the company that offers Ancestry Plus to libraries. Their resources are not exactly the same as Ancestry has for its home users. I have used Ancestry at home and not found certain directory listing and then used Ancestry Plus at the library and found more directory listings than were available through Ancestry at home. So, if you are not checking Ancestry at your library because you have it at home, you might want to use the library's version as well. The two resources are much the same, but not exactly the same.
