Mr Kilby, Sir: Your name seems to jog a memory in my mind, but being a person of advanced years, I can't quite seem to remember where I have heard the name before. By any chance are you the past author of a very exciting and fine work on one of your ancestors of a few years ago, concerning a young beauty who was at one time elected as a princess or Queen of the Veiled Prophet Parade in St Louis? I seem to remember that this young beauty faced a tragedy in Europe sometime in the late 1890s or early 1900s. Something to do with an attempted assassination of an Arch Duke or a murder of some sort is lodged in my mind. I also seem to remember discussions with Mr Gary Stoltman, another very knowledgeable member of the St Louis Metro list, where both you and Gary revealed many very interesting and valuable facts and figures concerning the history of our fine City.
