Hi Jim The Regina's certainly weren't in LB Floyd's category although they did share the same hangout - the Traffic Way Parking Garage, known as the starting place from which the Union Station (in KCMO) massacre took place a few years later. I thought he was better known. His murder was reported on the front page of the KC Star (middle column) for two days. But alas, I can't claim the fame that you can! Would you look at one more thing in the Pendergast file (or simply forward the address). Is there anything in there about the Biloxi Liquor Raid in 1925. My Fred Shofstall was having railroad cars full of liquor shipped to KC and he covered them in oyster shells. Thanks for your time. After going near blind, I can definitely say without doubt; "Maybe he didn't hit the history books of Kansas City" He could have been from the South side, I am going to look some tomorrow. He wasn't mentioned in mid town at all, as far as I can tell, but Pretty Boy Floyd sure was during the Union Station Massacre.----Jim ----- Original Message ----- From: G STOLTMAN<mailto:stopan@msn.com> To: mo-stlouis-metro<mailto:mo-stlouis-metro@rootsweb.com> Sent: Friday, June 22, 2007 2:51 AM Subject: Re: [MO-STLOUIS-METRO] City of St. Louis -High andBiddleStreetSaloon Thanks Jim I had assumed that he would have been from the south side. Hi Gary: Couldn't find anything on Biloxi or Shofstall, book form or internet. If you find anything be sure to share, I'm curious.----Jim ----- Original Message ----- From: G STOLTMAN<mailto:stopan@msn.com> To: mo-stlouis-metro<mailto:mo-stlouis-metro@rootsweb.com> Sent: Saturday, June 23, 2007 12:58 AM Subject: Re: [MO-STLOUIS-METRO] City of St. Louis -High andBiddleStreetSaloon Hi Jim The Regina's certainly weren't in LB Floyd's category although they did share the same hangout - the Traffic Way Parking Garage, known as the starting place from which the Union Station (in KCMO) massacre took place a few years later.
