I found some thing in the Missouri Archives about St Louis. They may very well have some Lutheran Church information. Many groups have donated information to the State Archives. I recently did death certificates and printed them on line from 1910-1950 on much of my researched folks from St Louis. If you cannot find it in St Louis you can make specific research requests to the Missouri Archives on line or by mail.
