Hi List, My ggrandparents Lafayette McDaniel and Alice Guthrie were married in Nevada, Vernon County, MO 6-30-1881. I am searching for information that would lead me to their parents. What newspapers were being published at this time for Vernon County. Are there any specific records for the county that might give me info on them. Both were listed as residents of Nevada when married but neither were listed in Vernon County in the 1880 census. Would appreciate any information or leads you might have.
