researching my husband's family - Dubray ggrandfather "Tony" either Antoine John (or Jean) Dubray. Found his grave in Greenlawn Cemetery, Rich Hill. Found him on the census. Know that he, wife Adonise Celina Martin Dubray were both born in Belgium and came to U.S. to mine coal. They lived in an area called Panama, north part of Vernon County or south part of Bates? They had 7 children who survived birth. Haven't been able to find a death certificate. He was born around 1850 and died in early 1932. Applied to Missouri and then to Kansas, as some children lived in southeast Kansas. No luck. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. A birth certificate would be even more help but I have no idea as to how to go about getting a birth certificate from Belgium. Any ideas??
