Searching for info on James Madison Allen, born in TN in 1813 and died in Cedar Co. MO in 1851. I have the names of his spouse(s) and children but have not been able to locate his parents or siblings.

Jim....I too have Allen's in Missouri....specifically around the town of Bethany in Harrison County. John S. Allen was his name born in Overton County, Tenn June 26,1814. A sone of William and Mary (Copeland) Allen of Shenandoah County, Va., and North Carolina. Have some more info is this ties in to yours in any way....
