Hi found this Phillips it helped someone else out with these so posting for others. Sullivan co, Col Oliver P Phillips b kty 1816 , son of Geo M + Margaret(johnson)Philips, both b va 1764+ 1766 respectively, Geo+Margaret m 1794 + moved to Mercer co, kty in 1800. Geos father is Jeremiah Phillips . Geo died july 1838+ Margaaret died april 1837.
