The counties with these surnames are Carroll, Caldwell, Camden, Pulaski, Miller, Wright, Reynolds, Jefferson, Franklin, St. Louis County, Benton, Ralls, Polk, Hickory, Livingston, and Cooper. I was born and raised in St. Louis County, but left Missouri in 1975. I met my husband, Craig, and settled in South Carolina. Craig was born in California, but his mother was born in Missouri.
