The Easter I remember best was in Iowa during WWII. Sugar was rationed; so, we had very few sweets. My mother made a trail of jelly beans from my bedroom to a table downstairs. On the table was a plate of fudge wrapped in a new jump rope. Absolutely spectacular!! I can still remember how the fudge tasted. Joan Griffin Rusk
