Jacquelyn Mickey      MARION, S.C.--Jacquelyn Sconce Mickey, 62, of Marion, S.C., died Saturday, September 24, 2005 at her residence.      Mrs. Mickey was born May 20, 1943, in Granite City, Illinois, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Walter Sconce of Poplar Bluff.  She moved to Marion, S.C. in 1992, where she became an active member of her community including the Marion Baptist Church and other various organizations.      In 1963, she married Dennis Eugene Mickey.  He survives.      Other survivors include:  one daughter, Jennifer Higgins and husband, David, of Atlanta; her parents; her sister, Jane Worley of Poplar Bluff, and three grand children, Charlie, Cooper and Jack Higgins, all of Atlanta.      Visitation will be from 7-9 p.m. today [Monday] at Richardson Funeral Home in Marion, S.C.  The funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Marion Baptist Church.  Burial will follow at Palmetto Memorial Gardens.      Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Palmetto Chapter, P.O.
