Yes, as I understand, we are kin back about three generations, there were two brothers that came to the area. I think his line is from the other brother than our line. I didn't know about him or that he was a doctor. Maybe, I can write to him and compare notes. I do hope he is interested in genealogy. Do you know any more about him such as who his parents were?
