Nettles in their older years, when the two sisters visited their brother John in Tryon Oklahoma. These are three of Fernando Nettles children. There is also an interesting story passed down about how Francis M. Nettles married Mrs. Saddler (his second wife), as told by Henry Sadler at our family reunion in 1998. Sadly, Henry is no longer with us but I taped his story and am in the process of putting it on a CD and plan to transcribe it.. The Sara Nettles who married James Johnson also raised some of Robert K. Underwood's children when his wife died. One of these children was Martha Bell Underwood. If I can help you let me know.
