Hi Dewey, Another researcher, descendant of Artemincia, gave Peter's death date as 1865 but I don't know the source. That is probably right because I have found no trace of him since. Youngest daughter, Nancy, who was blind, was living with her father in 1860 Census in Oregon Co., but she is with Peter, Jr., and family in the 1870 in Randolph, AR. By 1880, Peter Jr. and family were back in Oregon Co.
