Carolyn, Yes, I knew you had the Bible and you graciously sent me a copy of the relevant pages some years ago. I also knew the Bible only gave Martha Stubblefield as her name. Very aggravating, isn't it? At least it gave her birth date. I keep hoping someone new will come on the genealogy sites with just the information we need to untangle this family. One can only hope. I have corresponded with James Wall, also. Perhaps he has something new to offer, otherwise, we are still at this brick wall. If we could only get another male Looney descendent from this line to take the DNA test, we might be able to begin to untangle the lines. Thanks for your reply. Perhaps James Wall would participate in this discussion!!!!! He is really one of the best in straitening out the tangles! ----- Original Message ----- From: <N5BRY@aol.com> To: <mo-oregon-history@rootsweb.com> Sent: Thursday, June 14, 2007 10:25 AM Subject: Re: [MO-OREGON-HISTORY] ROLL CALL- Martha & Joseph Looney > > Carolyn, Kara and others tracking Martha Looney, > > We need records that don't seem to be available.
