    3. Just wanted to share some new information just sent to me. I was sent a postcard written in 1909 by this George Thomas Hall to his niece who appears to be Effie Pearl Hall (who was 13 at the time). Effie was the d/o William Oliver Hall and Mary Jemima Ann Couch. The back of this post card had a picture of George on it. If anyone wants a scan of the post card (letter side and the picture side) - please write me personally at ann@personainternet.com Now George Thomas Hall and his brother, William Oliver Hall were sons of John Martin Hall and Jemima Ann 'Mima' Bailey. Was also sent the obituary and death notice for George which reads: (He died in the state of Oregon). ----------- -Obituary George Hall, Resident of Days Creek, dies George Hall, 74, well known resident of Days creek, died at the county hospital yesterday following a short illness. He was born January 7, 1870 at Myrtle, Arkansas. The body has been removed to the douglas funeral home and funeral arrangements will be announced later. ------------------------------------------------------------- The funeral notice reportedly read as follows: --------------------------------------------------------------- George Hall Funeral to be held at Civil Bend. graveside services for george hall, 74, resident of Days Creek, who died last friday, will be held at Civil Bend cemetery wednesday afternoon at 2 O'clock. Arrangemnets are in charge of the douglas funeral home. -----------
