    3. The 1890 Randolph County Reconstructed Census only list the head of household and the township. In some instances, in addition to the name of head of household and township, are comments such as 'deceased' 'business' 'guardian of', etc, but not very often will this be the case. The names listed in the R C 1890 Reconstructed Census represent names taken from the 1890 R C personal property tax list and is offered as a reconstruction of heads of households within the county. I hope to get the info for the R C 1890 Reconstructed Census on-line in the near future.
