Okay.. it's that time again [by the way, is anybody ELSE working on your genealogy? Seems like just a couple of us are working.. the List is incredibly quiet!!] I'm working 3 lines fast and furious, and don't know if I'm coming or going! Everybody join right in here.....I'm here to pick your brains AGAIN!! I have parents... Ben and Susannah son, Absalom, died before both of his parents.. can find no record of son buying land... son never lived in the same census county as parents [except 1840 when he is not named], but married in a county next door... one was the mother county of the other, but it was alot earlier so not sure that would help me.. son didn't have a Will that I can find nor can I find an obit... lost the widow after 1880 [she was 64] so no help there either.. she didn't buy land either..... Can find no record of church they attended YET.. no obit for son nor his widow.. can't even find where land was deeded to the GRANDsons from father or grandfather... Have ordered the WIll of the son's father in hopes it mentions the grandchildren... but don't have it yet.... NOW, how do I properly document the son to the parents! Gotta do it.. for DAR purposes... Okay, Class!! It's time for GSI... [Genealogical Scene Investigators!!] HELP!! Give me your input.. no comment, idea is too small or dumb... if you need to use the List to 'talk out loud" DO IT!!
