Hello Jerry, I thought I had seen this marriage before..... to an Eldridge, however, I could not find it tonight. I am a Murrell descendent and there was a Briggs Murrell listed on the 1830 MO census....... I don't know who is was and have no known connection to him. I believe some of "my" Murrells went to Howell CO before 1850 since that is when I find my gggf listed on the Census in Ripley Co AR. I think for some reason they got separated prior to that date when some of the family decided to move on.. Maybe the Civil War kept them separated until they could not longer find each other or did not have the resources to do so. My dad told he his ggf died with out ever knowing what happened to his family. So that is why when I say your post I tried to find the site where I had seen the other Briggs information....... But I could not Sorry I could not help you more.
