About 2 months ago a man called the Alton Public Library to request information about GANAWAY, FRANCES R.. As most of you know the Oregon County Genealogy Library collection is located in the Alton Library. He wanted the obituary for the above named individual. He only gave an e-mail address, which I either didn't understand correctly or whatever. I was working in the library that day and later had time to look through newspaper microfilm and found the obituary the man wanted.
