Hello, I have come to dead ends on my family lines so I am going to put them on 1 at a time and hope I can find help from others on the site. I first find William Leach 8 and his sister Rachel 10 on the 1850 census in the house of Jonathan Dees 43 born S.C.and wife Mary 42 born Ky.on this census it has both William and Rachel as born it Missouri. Next door to Jonathan is his brother Jesse Dees and his wife Ataline and children Martha L., Matterville, Daniel J.M., Sophronia, ( William later married her ) there is also a James and wife Cyntha and there childern liven 2 houses down.Also a David Dees Sr. with wife Gracy and their children live next door to Jesse. On the 1860 census William is in the home of Joshua Joiner 44 born Tenn. Polly J., 50 Ky, Melissia 20 Mo., Elijah 11 Mo., David 8 Mo., Eliza 6 Mo., William Leach 17 Mo., Margaret Jackson 7 Mo. By this time Rachel is gone married I guess as I can't find her and she would be abt. 20. On the 1870 census William Leach is married to Sophronia Dees and has a daughter Triphna Ellen, and 2 houses down in the same house is Mary Joiner 67 Ky. Mary Joiner 15 Mo. there are 3 different Dees familys liveing next to these. On the 1880 census I have I have 2 Dees family liveing in Different homes and next door is Levi Gentry 70 born S.C.with Martha A. 40 Tenn, James Sutton 15 Mo.,and 3 other Suttons. In the house next door is William Leach with wife and children and next house is Jonathan Gentry and wife Martha S. and children. I would like any help anyone can give me on William Leach and his family as this is all that I have on the 1880 census it has Williams parents born ILL. but can't find them or their names.So any and all help you can give me. I have been doing my research on Kester/Hill I found my great grandfather Robinson (Ike) Hill in Ark. died when he was bout 27. I would like to find where he is bury and what he died from. Now I need the marriage certified for my great-grandmother and grandfather Sarah Ann Crass (Cross) and Isaac Kester. They were married September 27,1860 in Oregon Co Mo.
