The best book written on the subject is due out in December by Pelican Publishing. It is written from the most extensive basis of fact found to date. It is brutally truthful, spares nothing for either side. The book by the way is called, """Warfare on the Misssouri/Kansas Border"", by Don Gilmore of Belton Missouri. Don has an extensive history of research and fact finding and truth telling. It should not be past up by anyone, either side of the issue, for it has much never been reported facts and history.
